UX/UI Designer

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a UX/UI to join our UniQue team.What will you be doing in this role?Usability testing and User eXperience (UX) analysisGiving recommendations on user interface at any step of the design of a digital solution (from conceptualization to researching, wireframes sketching, prototyping, user testing and final implementation)Visual prototyping of user interface solutions such as designing (low- and high-fidelity) wireframes, mock-ups and story boards which lead to an intuitive and ergonomic user experience for different web products and platformsCreation and maintenance of style guides, brand book and visual component libraries, including sketched concepts and page templatesDesign considerations on font, visuals, text, the definition of information architecture, interaction workflows and navigationCreation of graphic elements including illustrations, visuals, infographics, data visualisations, etcDefinition of user-centered evaluations, identifying key usability problems and providing recommendations on how to solve them (including the participation in usability studies with users)Front-end development of responsive UI solutions following good coding practices, including creation/correction of CSS and transforming mock-ups into semantic HTML and development of innovative solutions for different platformsDocumentation of code, ensuring easy maintenance & evolutionOptimisation of application for maximum performance and scalabilityPerform user research and interviews, analyse the insights and translate the findings into informed design decisionsRequirementsWhat will you be bringing to the team?Bachelor degree in IT or related field and at least 17 years of professional experience in ITKnowledge of web technologies, frameworks, and standards such as HTML, XHTML, CSS and W3C, accessibility, SEOKnowledge of eUI framework is a plusKnowledge of user interface design applications such as FigmaKnowledge of wireframing and interactive prototyping design tools such as Balsamiq, InVision, UxPin, Framer.js or similarKnowledge of design and graphical tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similarKnowledge in customization of collaborative tools such as Atlassian's Confluence or similarKnowledge of (web/visual) design, graphical and prototyping tools and softwareGood knowledge of web design and mobile applicationsAbility to translate interview insights into informed design decision design, data protection and security principlesKnowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies, including development of usability test plans for all stages of a project life-cycle based on defined target audiences, personas and user storiesKnowledge of user testing through all stages of a project, including different techniques (e.g. eye tracking, dynamic/static verification) and methods of testing (e.g. remote usability testing, A/B testing, hallway testing, post release testing)Fluent in English at least at a level C1BenefitsAt Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
