They are looking for a HSE Lead to work on a large scale, high voltage construction project where safety is key. The role is to lead the management of high risk activities across all project phases working closely with stakeholders.Develop and maintain robust reporting and communication structures to provide visibility of HSE activities across the projectChampion the implementation and continuous improvement of risk control measuresEvaluate the effectiveness of site level HSE planningConducting audits, mentoring teams and driving excellence on siteDesign and implement safety strategies and proceduresEnsure contractors establish outstanding safety practices and proceduresMaintain and enhance health and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)The role will suit someone with construction safety management experience as well as HSE team management experience ideally within data centre sector.
