📌 Job Offer: Test Engineer (M/F/X) 📍 Location: Hybrid – On-site presence required approximately 3 days per week 🕒 Contract Type: Permanent / Freelance depending on profile 📁 Department: Testing & Quality Assurance🎯 Role OverviewAs a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our software solutions. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving testing strategies in close collaboration with development, product, and operations teams.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesDefine test coverage during the feature analysis phaseDevelop end-to-end tests in collaboration with developersPerform manual and exploratory testing to validate complex behaviorsMaintain and enhance the data set injection toolMonitor test execution and resolve flaky testsIntegrate tests into CI/CD pipelinesProduce clear and actionable test reports for product teams🛠️ Main ActivitiesAssist in planning and estimating testing effortsCollaborate with developers to define and implement end-to-end test cases using modern front-end technologiesDefine and maintain datasets for microservices applicationsReview and improve existing QA processesContribute to scalable and reliable test automation solutionsSupport tactical and strategic planning for future quality initiativesWork closely with IT Architects and Product Owners to define and execute effective testing methodologiesGuide development teams in executing test strategies based on functional specifications and user storiesBuild strong relationships with business and product stakeholders to align on QA roadmapEnsure consistent QA environments and infrastructureMeasure and report on QA metrics regularlyCommunicate quality-related information across the organizationEnsure minimal defect leakage into productionStay up to date with industry standards and best practices🧠 ProfileEducation:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Coding School, or equivalentExperience:Proven experience in technical QA with a strong focus on automationMastery of modern testing tools and QA best practicesTechnical Skills:Solid knowledge of front-end technologies: TypeScript, Playwright (or Cypress), Vitest (or Jest), Node.js, React, Express, NxFamiliarity with CI/CD environments and microservices architectureSoft Skills:Analytical thinking and attention to detailFast learnerAutonomous, proactive, and structured mindset🏢 Work ConditionsHybrid work model with on-site presence required approximately 3 days per weekCollaborative and agile environmentActive contribution to the company’s quality roadmap📬 Interested?Apply now !
