About The Role And The TeamThe UX team is a multidisciplinary group of experts in UX writing, UX research, and UX design, working together to deliver the best UX in the industry. We’re responsible for all the content delivery in the Adform platform and Adform Help. As a UX Writer at Adform, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality content and ensuring our voice, tone, and style are consistent across all platforms.In our dynamic and cross-functional setting, teamwork is crucial. We seek a UX Writer who is dedicated to understanding our users, pays close attention to detail, is organized, and is motivated by taking on new challenges every day.We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:Deliver, review, and maintain content according to Adform Voice, Tone, and Style. This includes: end-user and technical documentation, release notes, microcopy;Contribute to identifying necessary UX writing solution improvements; Contribute to the evolution of Adform UX writing processes and Voice, Tone, and Style guides; Collaborate with Product Management, UX Research, UX Design, Engineering, and SMEs to create content that supports usability and enhances the user experience.
