Job position: Water Use Licensing ConsultantJob type: Permanent / ContractCompany name: Green Door EnvironmentalLocation: Hilton, Kwazulul-Natal, Or HybridClosing Dates: 18 July 2025 Roles / Responsibilities & Job Description: Green Door Environmental has a vacancy for a Senior Water Use Licensing Consultant, based at their offices in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal (hybrid and remote working negotiable)Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To, UndertakingWater Use License Applications; Compliance Monitoring; and Amendment Applications.Qualifications Qualifications/Experience Required:Minimum of a Post-Graduate degree in Environmental Management or Environmental Science.At least two years experience in undertaking Water Use License Application processes.Strong proficiency in writing detailed and high-quality reports, with the ability to demonstrate skills upon request.Mature, confident and effective communication skills when engaging with the Department of Water and Sanitation, clients, as well as collaborating with team members and specialists.Proficiency in GIS processes and the use of ArcMap would be advantageousHave the ability to work well in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently (hybrid and remote working negotiable).
