comBusiness unit Powders is a part of Valio’s Growth Businesses. Our main objectives are: Drive and develop Valio’s food solution and baby food business mainly for global B2B customersResponsibility of our product portfolio, new product launches and profitabilityTransform trends and consumer demand into scalable B2B customer solutionsNow there is great opportunity for fixed maternity leave business manager position, located in Helsinki (hybrid). Starting date is flexible (preferably as soon as possible) and fixed at least until November 2026 with the option to continue.

These roles are rare where you have accountability for significant size of business to mainly international markets and where results are seen on the company level. As Business Manager, you work closely with our sales, R&D, S&OP, production and other internal stakeholders.

Most of all, you will have talented colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures with an opportunity to work in a team where great team spirit is part of daily work!As a business manager you will be responsible for driving business areas of Value Added Ingredients (EILA B2B and FAST TRACK) according to the business unit’s targets and aligned with Valio’s growth strategy. You will run business- and business-related projects (e. g. package changes, quality improvements) in close co-operation with other key stakeholders within Valio and with external partners. Your responsibilities:
