Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end sales activities within an assigned territory, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals for the life-science industry. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory, contributing to overall company revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base, leveraging market research and local insights to target high-potential prospects. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins, tailored communication, and proactive support. Conduct in-person and virtual sales visits to both current customers and qualified prospects, presenting product value propositions and addressing specific needs.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams (e. g. , after-sales engineer, technical support) to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning, and report insights to the sales team to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications & SkillsNative Russian speaker; proficiency in English is preferred. Bachelorβs degree or higher, with a preferred background in biology, life sciences, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
