该职位来源于猎聘 一，职能概要 Responsible for vehicle durability related work. 负责整车耐久相关工作 二，岗位职责 Responsible for vehicle durability plan and performance target setup for new project. 负责为新项目制定整车耐久计划和性能目标 Seek test resources, perform the validation and follow up problems encountered during validation . 负责寻求试验资源，开展验证并跟踪验证中遇到的问题 Durability performance target achievement synthesis. 负责车辆耐久性能指标达成情况的分析报告。 Participate and support other teamwork 参与和支持其他整车性能团队工作三，所需经验Experience in vehicle performance validation during development. With driving license C1 or above 有参与过整车性能开发验证经历。且持有C1及以上驾照Good knowledge of Chinese EV market benchmarking 熟悉国内电动车市场，有对标经验。Vechicle CAE and test validation experience is preferred 整车CAE和验证经验优先 4，Fluent English, as working language 熟练运用英语进行沟通及交流Good communication skills, open minded. Ability to negotiates. Good autonomy level, initiative and anticipation 良好的沟通，谈判技巧。思维敏捷，开放。良好的自主性，主动性和前瞻性Ability to adapt to changing work environment, finish the job under pressure and limited time.
