What's exciting about the roleNordics is our biggest Direct to Merchant (DTM) business and we aim to support the growth of this business through better use of data. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, where your analytical skills directly impact business strategy. You'll dive deep into profitability analysis, pricing models, and data quality assessments - turning raw data into powerful insights that shape the future of merchant acquiring. With access to tools like Power BI and SQL, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders, influencing decisions that drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement data solutionsProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysisPerform profitability analysis on merchant, segment, market levelsBuild pricing modelsConduct data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure accurate reportingCollaborate with business stakeholders to create ad-hoc reports and analyses as neededProvide training and support to end-usersStay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analyticsSkills and Experience We DesireBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldMinimum of 6 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Financial Analyst role or similar role where you have been using data to drive business insights and decision-makingNative or Fluent Finnish or Danish, plus advanced English languageGeneral business knowledge on dynamics of merchant acquiring is highly preferred to support our acquiring business across NordicsStrong proficiency with data visualization tools and MS Office SuitStrong proficiency with SQL and database managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and ability to disseminate significant amounts of informationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience in generating process documentation and reportsWhy join us?Be part of a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and growthWork with a collaborative and passionate team in a dynamic and evolving industryEnjoy competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
