Marsh India Insurance Brokers Private Ltd, India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office: Vice President – OperationsWhat can you expect?Lead the conceptualization to implementation of modernization projects for medical insurance business with focus on key initiatives such as centralization of operations processesWork closely with operations managers to gain buy-in for proposed changes by articulating benefits, adopting change management principlesCreate transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria. Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the project progress with risks/issues/challenges being highlighted timely.Follow the organization’s transition, project management methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines and quality.Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive transitions, projects & change across the organization.Ensure high stakeholder management with BAU operations, technology and business teams throughout the various transition stagesWhat is in it for you?This role has the opportunity.To become the go-to person for all modernization projects in Marsh India BrokingTo be seen as an expert in driving process changes by stakeholders from different functionsTo work closely with business, technology and operations teams We will count on you to:Manage delivery of identified modernization opportunities Take accountability for delivering end-to-end projects and complete them in time & within budget.Exhibit strong project, process, change management skills.
