The Vice President of Artificial Intelligence will be responsible for overseeing AI strategy development and execution, leading AI research and development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions. The role includes managing AI projects, mentoring AI team members, and staying current with industry trends and advancements. The Vice President will also be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the successful integration of AI technologies into various business processes.Role OverviewWe are seeking outcome-driven Vice President – AI to build, lead, and scale Xitricon’s AI Solutions business. This leader will define the strategic roadmap, build alliances with leading AI platform providers, oversee productization of AI solutions, and delivery smart AI solutions to our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Xitricon’s AI business.Build and lead a global AI solutions team (engineering, product, delivery, and enable the sales & other teams.).Business Development & PartnershipsEstablish and manage strategic alliances with AI vendors (e.g., Kore.ai, etc.).Engage with C-level customers to shape AI transformation agendas and position Xitricon as a trusted partner.Product & Solution InnovationConceptualize and launch differentiated AI solutions tailored to key industries (Industrial, manufacturing, BFS etc.).Work on Pre-sale and demonstrate solutions to prospects.Delivery & Customer SuccessOversee successful delivery of AI projects ensuring measurable ROI for customers.Establish best practices, governance, and accelerators for AI deployment. Qualifications & Experience15+ years of technology experience with at least 3-5 years in AI / advanced analytics leadership roles.Proven success in building and scaling practices in IT services or consulting.Deep understanding of conversational AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation platforms, and enterprise AI adoption.Strong track record of partnering with AI vendors and co-creating go-to-market offerings.Excellent client engagement, thought leadership, and executive communication skills.MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred; advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field a plus.
