Vice President of Business Development — Shenzhen, ChinaWe are hiring a Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic AR ecosystem partnerships across Mainland China and the broader Asia region. This executive will build long-term OEM, ODM, optical, sensor, compute, and perception software relationships that advance adoption of SoftEye’s AR platform.China is one of the world’s most significant innovation hubs for AR device manufacturing, optics, sensors, and compute systems. This role contributes to shaping SoftEye’s broader regional partnership strategy as we grow our commercial organization with the support of TDK.Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience (base salary, performance incentives, and long-term incentives).Inclusive Hiring: We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to fair and inclusive hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AR ecosystem and OEM/ODM partnership strategy across China and the broader Asia region.Drive long-term relationships with device makers, optical and sensor suppliers, compute partners, and perception software companies.Guide multi-year integration paths across AR hardware, perception stacks, displays, sensors, and compute.Negotiate complex agreements involving joint development, licensing, supply chain collaboration, and ecosystem commitments.Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align AR platform adoption and roadmap direction.Represent SoftEye in senior executive engagements with leading AR ecosystem and supply chain partners.Key Qualifications12+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Corporate Development, including senior leadership roles.Experience in AR/XR, perception software, optical systems, sensors, embedded compute, or large-scale device manufacturing.Proven success developing strategic partnerships with OEMs, ODMs, or advanced hardware–software ecosystem partners.Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or emerging technology environments.SoftEye 正在深圳招募业务发展副总裁(Vice President of Business Development),负责统筹中国及亚洲区域的 AR 生态合作与战略布局。该职位将深度联接 OEM、ODM、光学与传感器供应链、计算平台伙伴及感知软件企业,推动多方协同,加速 SoftEye AR 平台在端到端设备链路上的规模化落地。中国(尤其是深圳及大湾区)在光学器件、显示模组、传感器模组、整机制造与系统集成方面具备全球领先优势。本职位将在 SoftEye 与 TDK 的全球技术与资源支持下,推动关键生态关系、联合开发路径与长期商业化合作,为亚太区业务增长提供核心驱动力。
