Role & Responsibility:Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing storesManage the strategic relationship with key landlordsCo-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothlyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or above with good language skill5 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill; Retail industry background is highly appreciatedLeasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferredStrong communication skill, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal processHighly organized and detail orientedA growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handling complicated projects
