**Job Description:**We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Airlines Business Development Specialist to manage internal relationships and project management, ensuring successful service delivery and business expansion. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management.**Key Responsibilities:**Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.Ensure the timely and successful implementation of business strategies aligned with customer objectives.Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Handle all aspects of customer account management, including issue resolution and escalations.Track and forecast key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual revenue projections.Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and business performance.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the market.Address client challenges with strategic solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.**Qualifications:**Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline industry.Proven experience in account management, business development, project coordination, or related roles.Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions that align with business needs.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.Language skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.This role offers a great opportunity to grow within the airline industry and develop key business relationships.
