This is a high-impact opportunity to play a pivotal role throughout the full lifecycle of SHEIN’s acquisitions and investments—from origination to execution and post-deal integration. You will also have opportunity to lead/contribute strategic initiatives in one of world’s fastest-growing, innovative digital businesses.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeal origination: Source and evaluate investment and incubation opportunities across Europe, the US, and AsiaDeal execution: Help manage end-to-end process including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring, and integrationStakeholder reporting: Prepare robust, data-driven updates and recommendations for internal stakeholdersKnowledge management: Develop and maintain internal database of target companies and learnings from past transactionsCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with SHEIN’s business units and functional teams to support transaction success and post-investment integrationREQUIREMENTS3–5 years of working experience in private equity, management consulting, or investment banking.Strong technical skills in building financial/operating models and conducting data analysis; solid understanding of P&L, cash flow statements, and valuation analysis.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English is a MUST.Strong commercial acumen; strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.Proven process management ability, especially in due diligence coordination, is a strong plus.
