Entry Level Recruiter

The role willwork directly with the senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting, businessdevelopment, and market research. You’ll be responsible for a mix of research, admin,scheduling, social media support, and event coordination.Key Responsibilities:• Source candidates and build target lists using LinkedIn, WeChat, and other tools• Support business development by preparing target company lists and outreachcampaigns• Assist with marketing activities including newsletters, social media posts, and eventcoordination• Keep the CRM and pipelines organized, prepare candidate profiles, and ensure follow-ups are tracked• Provide day-to-day admin support including scheduling, inbox management, anddocument preparationRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, HR, or related fields preferred)• 0–3 years of work experience (fresh grads welcome)• Strong research and organizational skills• Fluent in English and Mandarin – overseas study or work experience a plus• Tech-savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools• Positive, professional, and detail-oriented
