We serve practices and laboratories nationwide, empowering clinicians to provide precision-driven results and improve patient outcomes.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a highly capable Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize all operational aspects of our expanding diagnostics organization. This leader will drive execution across client implementations, logistics, compliance, and team performance while building the scalable systems needed to support continued national growth.This role requires a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of laboratory workflows, quality standards, and healthcare operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead operational execution across all client integrations and laboratory implementations.Oversee teams responsible for onboarding, installations, and ongoing client support.Establish, document, and enforce SOPs to ensure operational consistency and compliance.Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance scalability.Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure reliability and product excellence.Maintain compliance with CLIA, COLA, HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS standards.Oversee operational budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics.Cultivate a culture of accountability, precision, and teamwork.Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with company growth and strategy.QualificationsRequired:7+ years of progressive leadership experience in diagnostic testing, clinical laboratory, or life sciences operations.In-depth knowledge of laboratory processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.Proven success managing large-scale operations or multi-site laboratory functions.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and executive teams.Preferred:Experience in physician-office or regional laboratory environments.Familiarity with urinalysis, chemistry, or toxicology workflows.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (advanced degree a plus).Why Thrive 365 LabsCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, mission-driven diagnostics company.Dynamic culture built on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.Direct collaboration with an executive team focused on transforming patient care through advanced diagnostics.
