Distinguishing Characteristics:Full profit & loss responsibility for a portfolio of accounts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Vice President of Securitas Global Client Americas (GCA) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to a portfolio of accounts with revenues exceeding $100 million. This role is accountable for driving exceptional and efficient service delivery, account leadership related to operations, fostering innovation, and deepening strategic client partnerships across global and regional markets. The VP leads a team of Program Directors (PD’s) and collaborates closely with regional market leadership and operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service, client retention, and profitable growth. A key focus is on operational rigor, continuous improvement, and the integration of innovative solutions that enhance both the Client Value Proposition (CVP) and account profitability.Client Retention and Development1. Champion a culture of operational excellence by ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client sites through collaboration with Region leadership, account ownership, structured performance reviews, service audits, and corrective action plans.2. Build strategic partnerships with clients through regular engagement, quarterly business reviews, proactive management of security operations, and co-creation of innovation roadmaps aligned with client goals.3. Partner with Program Directors and Regions to support the development and ongoing review of client-specific KPIs, ensuring the align with client and Securitas priorities4. Identify and scale best practices across the portfolio; introduce value-added services and innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes, relationships, and portfolio growth, and operational efficiency.5. Collaborate with Region leadership to align service delivery with client expectations and market dynamics.6. Support contract negotiations, renewals and expansions by coordinating alignment between GCA Region, client, Program Directors and other Regional leadership.7. Lead the successful orchestration of new business starts within the portfolio, ensuring a seamless and effective transition from sales to delivery.8. Oversee the development of strategic account plans that align with both client and company objectives. Regularly conduct portfolio performance assessments to ensure team adherence to individual strategic account plans and assess the overall delivery health and profitability of the portfolio.Operational and Financial Performance1. Monitor and interpret portfolio financial performance trends and advise the GCA President and Regional team on risks and opportunities, providing recommendations.2. Analyze operational and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; implement corrective actions to optimize performance and margin.3. Facilitate communication and alignment across Finance, Regional Operations, and GCA Region to support accurate billing, collections, and overall financial health of the assigned portfolio.Support business planning and budgeting efforts by coordinating alignment between Program Directors, Regional Operations, and the GCA President.Innovation and Continuous Improvement1. Foster a culture of innovation that enhances both the account profitability and the CVP by encouraging experimentation, piloting new technologies, and integrating client feedback into service enhancements.2. Utilize Securitas’ six-pillars to lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, improve service delivery models, and reduce cost-to-serve.3. Ensure knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies; translate insights into actionable strategies that differentiate Securitas in the market.Employee Development and Leadership1. Coach and influence Program Directors in strengthening client relationships, enhancing commercial awareness, ensuring consistency, and optimizing operational coordination across regions.2. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across portfolio’s and regions to replicate success and drive consistency.3. Conduct regular strategic account reviews; recognize excellence and address performance gaps with urgency.4. Ensure compliance with all Securitas GCA delivery standards, applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, model ethical leadership and accountability.Global Responsibility1. Support clients in evaluating and implementing global security strategies; assess the feasibility, consistency, and scalability of service delivery across geographies.2. Cultivate strong relationships with global partners (Certified Partner Program) to enhance service delivery and consistency.3. Monitor and evaluate global service delivery performance; share GCA best practices with global operations.4. Serve as a key advisor to the GCA President on the health, risk, and opportunities in the assigned portfolio.Additional Responsibilities1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in the absence of a dedicated PD, assuming full responsibility for service delivery and client satisfaction.2. Perform other duties as required to achieve business objectives and support the growth of GCA.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRYAdditional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS• Must be at least 18 years of age.• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cellular phone).• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English.• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, and substantial, progressively responsible experience in the security industry, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation desirable. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.WORKING CONDITIONS (Physical/Mental Demands)With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions.
