Vice President Operations

This is a great opportunity for a Plant Manager or Operations Manager looking for additional responsibility. CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a talented Vice President of Operations for one of our clients in the metal industry. Our client continues to grow organically year over year and they have a new opening due to an internal promotion. The Vice President of Operations position is now open because of an internal promotion and is being viewed as an opportunity to grow into a C-suite leader.This requires someone to be onsite in TennesseeCandidate QualificationsPlant, Production, Area or Operations Management experienceBudget Responsibility Knowledge of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and PlanningPrior experience developing mid-level managersHigh level of integrity and professionalismPrior experience with Lean Six SigmaAbility to interact with plant floor employees and boardroom executivesPassion and sense of urgency Prior experience fostering a culture of safetyExperience managing within a metrics driven organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)Able to work within the United States CompensationOur client offers a base salary and targeted bonus.
