Director of Operations

Position: Operations ManagerJob description:Be responsible for overall operations management of China site, covering Production, Quality and SCM departmentsOversee daily assembly production operations, review and solve production issues in timely & effective mannerImplement business revenue build plan and ensure to meet goals of on-time delivery, production yield, quality, cost and safety, make sure to meet RBA & HSE requirements.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in production by leading a team to implement lean production philosophy & tools to improve production efficiency and achieve operation excellenceBuild a strong Operation team to meet the business growth strongly needs by fostering a motivating cultureElectively work together or collaborate with other teams to achieve whole site business goalsExcellent personnel management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and influence people.Requirement:Bachelor Degree in Management or Engineering, at least 10 years related working experience in manufacturing field and at least 5 years in Operations or production management role, prefer to high-speed cable assembly industry experience.Knowledgeable of lean manufacturing and had experiences in driving / leading production improvementGood English skills in oral, reading and writtenGood at problem analyzing and solvingGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership & motivation skillsYearly Package: 1 million or more
