In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Wati's mobile application, directly impacting our user experience on the go. You will work with modern tools and technologies to build a robust, high-performance app.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant mobile applications for Wati using FlutterCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define, design, and ship new featuresParticipate in the full app development and release lifecycle, from concept to deployment on the App Store and Google PlayWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeIdentify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performanceRequirements3+ years of professional experience in mobile application developmentStrong proficiency in Flutter and DartProven experience with the complete app development and release lifecycle (CI/CD, app store submissions)Hands-on experience with AI programming tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and code qualityA passion for building great user experiences and a product-focused mindsetBonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics)Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin)Experience with state management solutions like Bloc or ProviderKnowledge of automated testing and building scalable applications
