Job DescriptionDivision / Dept.: Retail BUReports To (Position Title): Retail BU & Commercial Operations HeadLocation: ShanghaiBand / Pathway / Level:Band500 / P5Position Title:Revenue Growth Management DirectorJob PurposeThe RGM Director is responsible for shaping Organon retail business to ensure sustainable profitable business growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, product mix, pack architecture, and channel strategies, while balancing patient value, customer needs, and company goals.This role leverages data analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize investment effectiveness and maximize revenue and profitability.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Pricing & Promotion ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy across the entire retail product portfolio.Lead price setting, price structure, and periodic price revisions based on cost analysis, competitive landscape, payer dynamics and value-based pricing principles.Design and optimize new promotion initiatives in channel to drive sales volume while protecting profitability.Provide foresight on potential risks and opportunities in the market, enabling proactive strategy adjustment.Channel & Portfolio ManagementAnalyze channel performance and profitability to recommend optimal resource allocation and investment strategies across retail channels.Manage product portfolio strategy, including portfolio rationalization and new products.Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision making for new product launches and in-line products.Cross Functional Leadership & Strategy AlignmentPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, SFE and etc. teams to ensure RGM strategies are fully integrated and effectively executed.Partner closely with related teams to work out regular financial forecasting with high accuracyLead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process from a demand and revenue perspective, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational plans.Capability BuildingBuild RGM capability across the retail organization through tools, training, and process excellence.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in revenue growth management, commercial strategy, or related roles with a strong preference for experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.Deep understanding of pharmaceutical retail landscape.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software, Excel, Power BI) with strong financial acumen and experience with revenue drivers.Strong communication (bilingual), cross-functional collaboration, leadership skills and project management.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.Personal integrity, credibility and constructive openness.Secondary Job DescriptionWho We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
