Job Description

Lead and manage the international sales team, ensuringrevenue growth across all global markets.Take P&L ownership of international sales and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets.Develop and execute strategic market expansion plans, focusing on high-potential regions and partnerships.Define and implement sales processes and KPIs to ensure efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.Build and nurture relationships with key travel agencies, consolidators, and strategic accounts globally.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain client’s competitive advantage.Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.Represent client at international trade fairs, networking events, and B2B exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.Recruit, mentor, and motivate regional sales heads, fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance analysis to management.Contribute to annual budgeting, pricing strategies, and strategic alliances to drive long-term growth.Desired Profile10+ years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or global distribution industries.Demonstrated experience in managing multi-region sales teams and meeting large-scale revenue goals.Strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems (wholesalers, OTAs, DMCs, aggregators).Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with frequent travel requirements.Exposure to digital distribution, XML connectivity, and online reservation platforms will be an advantage.
