Job Description

Report to global CEO directlyKey responsibilities:Plan and execute the China business strategy in alignment with the global targets.Explore market opportunities in Automotive and other industrial sectors and devise strategies to capitalize on them.Drive new changes to strengthen the company's market position and competitive advantage within semiconductor industry.Spearhead business development efforts to expand the presence in China.Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and relationship management.Develop new applications to diversify the company's product portfolio and future pipelines Work closely with Global manufacturing team, explore the possibility to leverage China Semiconductor manufacturing capacity both internally and externally. Build up strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business partners, government agencies and industry associations.Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record of commercial leadership in the China semiconductor industry, with strong experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.Strong understanding of the Chinese semiconductor market, particularly with the recent development.Excellent communication and convincing skills, with the courage to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizationSuccessful experience to work with government agencies and regulatory bodies for a win-win strategy.Strong business acumen and financial management skills, including experience managing a P&L and/or business consulting for global MNC and other organizations.25+ years in Semiconductor industry and 10+ years’ experience in executive leadership roles at global companies; MBA strongly preferred.
