Vice President & Senior Project Manager• As project leader, you lead and manage international projects from strategy to execution across service excellence, demand management, and digital operational tools• You drive digitalization roadmaps, IT solution rollouts, and change management initiatives• Furthermore, you act as the vital link between business and IT - gathering requirements, defining user stories, and steering alignment across functions• You develop and manage business cases, moderate workshops, and facilitate stakeholder engagement• Additionally, you coordinate the sunsetting of legacy IT systems in line with architectural visions• Lastly, you collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries and continentsQualificationsDegree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience in project management, demand management, and process optimization.Strong track record in rolling out complex IT applications and leading cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to take full responsibility for quality, budget, and delivery.Experience in developing digital tools and platforms for service execution, preferably within field service or the broader service sector.Personal ProfileYou are an excellent communicator who can lead and coordinate meetings, build strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures. You work independently, take ownership of your planning, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and working with people is essential. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage.
