You will structure and lead project teams, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved on time, in full, and in alignment with Sobi’s patient-centric mission.You will collaborate closely with partners across Markets, Finance, TechOps, Commercial, External partners and Regulatory to ensure seamless execution and robust communication at all stages. You will also play an important role in developing and improving processes, tools, and ways of working that strengthen Sobi’s ability to launch and manage products with excellence.This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden or Global hub in Basel, Switzerland, reporting directly to Head Global Manufacturing & Supply Project Management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project management for global product launches and lifecycle initiatives with a strong focus on launch excellence, supply reliability, cost and patient impact.Create, for the assigned launch or project, an end to end vision from initiation to implementation, integrated into the product strategy.Partner with the Product Team Lead to align on priorities, stakeholders, project resources, and budget, and help remove obstacles to ensure successful execution.Drive proactive, transparent communication and collaboration with stakeholders across Markets, Regulatory, and all TechOps functions.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across global and local teams.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure robust and resilient delivery.Align closely with Commercial, Regulatory, and TechOps on supply and commercial strategies and translate market needs into manufacturing & supply capabilities.Contribute to the development of project reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate status tracking, KPIs, and resource visibility.Represent the GMS Project Management function in Product Teams and cross-functional forums across the Sobi organisation.QualificationsAbout youYou are a collaborative, patient-focused professional who thrives in a global, multicultural environment.
