Mô tả công việcVideo ProductionCollaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop video content that effectively communicates YOLA‘s brand message and marketing objectives.Hands-on filming experience with strong understanding of camera angles, lighting, and composition; able to advise and upgrade shooting scripts.Coordinate with the production house, agency, or 3rd party to produce TVCs, corporate videosCoordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, talent casting, and equipment setup, to ensure high-quality production standards are met.Video EditingEdit raw footage into polished and professional video content Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustments, visual effects, and motion graphics to create visually captivating videos.Use Premiere Pro and After Effects for color grading, audio tuning, visual effects, and motion graphics in modern styles.Integrate graphic design elements to enhance visual appeal.Content DevelopmentGenerate creative ideas for video content that resonate with YOLA’s target audience and align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.Proactively spot and adapt emerging trends into video ideas that fit the brand.Contribute to ideation — not only executing but also shaping concepts, scripts, and creative approaches.Work closely with the marketing team to adapt marketing messages and themes into engaging video narratives that drive engagement and conversions.Multi-platform OptimizationOptimize video content for distribution across various platforms, including social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.Ensure videos are formatted correctly for each platform and comply with platform-specific guidelines and best practices.Brand ConsistencyMaintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all video content, including visual elements, messaging, and tone.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that video content accurately reflects YOLA’s brand identity and values.Yêu cầu công việcMinimum of 2 years of filming and editing experience.Experience and understanding of using basic filming/shooting and lighting equipment.Experience in video editing, utilizing video editing tools and software.Know how to edit movies with Premiere Pro & After Effects, and have basic graphics knowledge.Has filming skills (angles, lighting, composition) for best video quality.Experience in creating motion videos and graphic design with commercial modern style (FMCG, entertainment styles preferred).Have good aesthetic & creative mindset.Ability to propose ideas and content development to improve content quality & script.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Knowledge of current trends in video marketing, social media platforms, and digital content distribution.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
