We’re looking for a Videographer & Editor who can bring ideas to life through high-quality video production — from concept to final cut.Job Role as a Videographer & Editor under the Marketing Communication team, you will be responsible for producing compelling video content that supports brand communication, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives. You will handle the entire video process — from planning, shooting, and directing, to editing and delivering final outputs across multiple platforms.Job Description1. Pre-Production & ProductionPlan and execute end-to-end video production (pre-production, shooting, and editing).Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communication team to translate campaign ideas into engaging visual content.Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for various shooting settings.Direct on-set style, framing, and capture key visual moments effectively.Creatively determine camera angles and visual composition.Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and used responsibly.2. Post-ProductionEdit videos for different platforms (social media, digital ads, website, and internal communications).Perform color correction, sound design, and simple motion graphics when needed.Manage and organize video assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.3. Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables meet creative and strategic objectives.Stay updated on the latest video trends, techniques, and content formats.Maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and attention to detail in every project.Job QualificationMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Videographer and Editor.Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with social media and video content trends.Portfolio or showreel is required for application.
