We are a creative and professional media team dedicated to producing high-quality visual content, strengthening brand visibility, and crafting impactful stories that reflect the Group’s mission and values across Afghanistan and beyond.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in video production, cinematography, and post-production editing, with an eye for storytelling, detail, and visual composition. This position plays a key role in conceptualizing, filming, and editing visual materials for campaigns, corporate videos, documentaries, commercials, social media content, and event coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production & FilmingCollaborate with the Media Director, Senior Creative Producer, and Creative Team to plan video shoots.Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.Ensure technical setup (camera, sound, lighting, composition) meets professional standards.Capture both planned and spontaneous moments during corporate and field events.Editing & Post-ProductionEdit raw footage into polished, compelling videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).Add motion graphics, music, sound design, subtitles, and color grading where necessary.Maintain brand consistency and storytelling tone in all deliverables.Organize, back up, and archive media files systematically.Creative ContributionContribute to the development of creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts.Stay updated on visual trends, social media video formats, and cinematic techniques.Support content adaptation for various platforms (TV, digital, and internal communication).Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in video production and editing.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, sound recording, and color correction.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.Strong creative sense, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.Familiarity with DSLR and cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, or similar).Preferred Skills (Highly Advantageous)Experience in motion graphics, photography, or drone operation.Understanding of social media content formats and storytelling.Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto is an asset.Applicants must include a portfolio link or sample of previous work within their CV.
