Job SummaryThe Principal serves as the academic and administrative leader of the school, ensuring high-quality education, disciplined operations, and the continuous development of teachers and students. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to promoting academic excellence, Islamic values, and a positive school culture.Key Responsibilities • Provide overall leadership and direction to the school from KG to Grade 12 • Oversee daily academic and administrative operations • Ensure high teaching standards through regular teacher evaluation, coaching, and training • Implement and monitor the school curriculum and academic calendar • Maintain a disciplined, safe, and student-centered environment • Strengthen communication and engagement with parents and the community • Develop school improvement plans and ensure their effective implementation • Supervise student activities, examinations, and performance tracking • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff • Ensure the school follows all policies, rules, and ethical standards • Promote the school’s core values: Practical Education, Islamic Manner, and Sense of PatriotismQualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related fields • Minimum 5–10 years of teaching or school leadership experience • Strong understanding of academic management, discipline systems, and curriculum planning • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to motivate staff and build a positive school environment • Familiarity with modern teaching approaches and educational technology • Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and cultural respect
