About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Videographer & Photographer to join our team at our Libya branch. The ideal candidate should be a creative storyteller who can handle both video and photo production from concept and shooting to editing and delivery. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with the agency’s creative direction and client objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, social media, and client projects.Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content (interviews, lifestyle, corporate, product, etc.).Handle lighting, framing, and sound setups for all shoots.Edit and color-grade videos and photos to meet brand and campaign guidelines.Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.Manage media storage, equipment maintenance, and file organization.Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in photography and videography.Work on-site in Libya and coordinate with the Egypt HQ when needed.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or Visual Content Creator (agency experience preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and videography work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound.Creative eye with strong attention to detail and composition.Ability to manage shoots independently and meet deadlines under pressure.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to relocate and live in Libya.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Accommodation and local support in Libya.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing regional team.Creative and collaborative work environment.
