This role will play a critical part in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and ensuring robust financial planning and analysis across our operations in Mexico and contributing to the broader LATAM region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial modeling, business analysis, and local Mexican market dynamics, coupled with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Budget Management:Responsible for managing, controlling, and optimizing Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) expenses. This includes leading the budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis processes for all SG&A lines, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial targets.Performance Analysis & ReportingProvides in-depth financial analysis and actionable insights on SG&A performance to business leaders and management. This involves identifying variances, trends, and key drivers impacting costs, and preparing comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.Cost Efficiency & Process ImprovementActively seeks opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency within SG&A spend. This role also ensures compliance with internal controls and financial policies and may lead or support initiatives to improve financial processes related to SG&A tracking and reporting.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s in finance/accountingExperience: 2-4+ years in Financial Controlling/FP&A, with strong focus on SG&A management. Essential regional experience (Latam).Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, proficiency with ERP (SAP FI/CO), and FP&A tools (e.g., SAP BPC).Key Competencies: Strong analytical, business acumen, communication, and influencing skills.Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese highly advantageous).
