Join Bouygues Construction Australia as part of the Performance and Digitalisation team on the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project – one of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia.The Plant Coordinator supports the efficient operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment. Working closely with Plant Supervisors, the role ensures that servicing, repairs, and compliance activities are managed effectively to maintain optimal fleet performance and meet operational requirementsKey ResponsabilitiesCoordinate daily activities related to maintenance, servicing, and repair of plant and equipment.Liaise with Plant Supervisors, Routine and MPM Superintendents to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.Manage the receipt and tracking of Plant Repair Requests, hour meter, and mileage readings.Ensure mobile fitters are provided with the necessary spare parts and consumables.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date equipment register, including servicing, repair, and utilization records.Verify that all plant, equipment, and vehicles comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Contribute to Job Safety Analyses and support the implementation of safe work practices.Monitor spare parts inventory and handle purchasing requests in line with budget and operational needs.Assist in managing the maintenance budget, utilization rates, and internal charge-out processes.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.Maintain organized filing systems and databases for equipment and maintenance documentation. Your ProfileBTS Mechanical.Up to 1 year' experience in this sector.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Solid understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance processes.Proficient in MS Office.Administrative practices and procedures.Records management.Strong organisational.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.Fluent in English.Stay 2 years in AustraliaNo WHV
