Job Description

Job DescriptionPractical supervision to achieve and maintain the standards of service / control / sales in all F&B outlets. To ensure maximum standards of hygiene in all F&B outlets. To achieve and maintain personal professional presentation to the house standard. Supervise and monitor the activities of food and beverage outlets. Monitor the daily requisitions and stock (excess and shortage). Introduce new schemes and promotional strategies to increase F&B sales of the outlets, with approval of the management. Portray leadership qualities and develop team spirit under all circumstances.

Co-ordinate with Outlet Supervisors and prepare attendance sheets of staffTo prepare monthly inventories of the cutleries and crockery’s and co-ordinate with Accounts to the same. Be cost and quality conscious at all times; maintain strict control on wastage, spoilage and breakage. Undertake responsibilities for decision making in accordance with departmental guidelines. Make sure staffs attend to training classes as scheduled. Practice corrective coaching, on-the-job training accordance with the departmental guidelines. Check daily that all duty rosters are correct and full team is on duty at correct time to cover the business of the day.

Follow the directives and instructions given by the department head / in-charge and take prompt action for the same. Maintain cordial harmony among staff, colleagues and the management. Liaise with Supervisor (Outlet captains/supervisors) for special sales promotion, activities, functions and eventsOrganize the outlets to ensure that guests receive pleasant, speedy and efficient service. Supervise and monitor the activities of F&B Supervisor at assign duties to them. Co-ordinate with outlet supervisors in order to run the outlets smoothly. Communicate with outlet supervisors and find out their difficulties at coordinate with all concerns for the same.

Maintain a proper chain of communication between the supervisors and management. Increase the productivity of staff by motivating them to give their best. Loyalty towards job and management. Shall respect and abide by the rules and regulation of Villa Park, Sun Island at all times. Shall not divulge any information concerning Villa Park, Sun Island or any of her dealings, transaction or affairs which may come to your knowledge during or after the employment, without the prior written permission from the management.

QualificationsHotel Management Diploma / Secondary / High school educationAdditional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantageGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantageMinimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacityWorking knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointAdditional InformationServe with Humility | Radiate Optimism | Rely on Our Family
