)Troubleshoot technical issues, including application errors and occasional API/integration problemsWork with internal teams and vendors to ensure system stability and timely issue resolutionSupport application releases, updates, and configuration changesFollow ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change managementMonitor system performance and contribute to long-term improvementsMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and known issuesDeliver user support and training after key fixes or feature deploymentsCollaborate with stakeholders across IT, stores, and third-party vendorsStay informed on relevant technologies, including APIs and retail system trendsKEY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in application or technical support roles, preferably within a retail or consumer-focused organization. Proficient in supporting business-critical applications (POS, e-commerce, ERP, inventory systems). Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across application, database, and infrastructure layers. Basic to intermediate SQL for querying and debugging. Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, APIs, and application logs. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
