Your MissionJoin us as a Client Supervisor and take on the essential role of providing exceptional front-line support to our clients. Your mission will be to deliver efficient, solutions-driven assistance while ensuring seamless access to Viory’s content, products, and services. In this role, you will: manage client inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an outstanding client experience. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams, contribute to marketing efforts, and build strong relationships by gathering feedback and acting on it to enhance the client journey.
This dynamic position involves working in shifts, including weekends and holidays, while staying deeply informed about Viory’s offerings. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about news industry and delivering exceptional client service, this is the role for you.
Your Main TasksDeliver high quality service of products, services and content, acting as a connection between clients, Newsroom and other company's departments, and partner companiesDeal and assist with all the incoming clients' requests and questions, including but not limited to providing information on demand, troubleshooting technical issues etc, via phone, e-mail and live chatAid overall user and customer experience by liaising with established customers and prospects, collating feedback and keeping relevant Business Teams informedAssist in marketing activities, such as sending promotional newsletters and content pitchesAssist Customer Service and Operations Management with assigned tasksWork in shifts to support the continuous Customer Service cycle (shifts might fall on weekends & bank holidays)Always maintain an in-depth knowledge of Viory's outputRequirementsEducation:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience, experience in Media is a big plus. Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in Arabic is an asset. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving with persistence and determination. Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and experience with CRM tools. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Almost convinced?
