The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to VIP clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Additional responsibilities include enhancing customer experience and providing tailored support based on client needs.QualificationsExperience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and enhancing Customer ExperienceProficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Phone EtiquetteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptlyPrior experience in the live streaming or social platform industry is a plusC1 in English
