If you are looking for cutting-edge work, where you will have opportunities to develop your career among peers who are experts in their field, and you believe in the future of crypto currency, then look no further than Bitget!What you'll doGain deep insights into VIP users' pain points and needs, monitor industry competitors, improve the platform's VIP services, and strengthen offline communication and interaction with VIP users to enhance user loyalty and satisfaction.Collaborate closely with departments such as product, operations, and regional markets to integrate resources, formulate, and implement effective user growth strategies.Based on data analysis and growth needs, optimize the VIP user segmentation and lifecycle management system to improve target business outcomes.Data-driven approach to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop growth and retention strategies for different user tiers, and ensure the achievement of business growth targets.Required skills and experiencesFluent in both Vietnamese and English, with 3-5 years of experience in VIP/Key Account user sales and operations, and at least 1 year of VIP user management experience. In exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience Strong business acumen and resource integration skills With excellent cross-department communication and collaboration abilities. Excellent commercial mindset, logical analysis, and systematic planning skills. Sensitive to data and capable of quickly identifying market trends and changes in customer needs.
