Location: Dubai, UAEWork Model: Live-OutWorking Hours: 4–5 hours per dayCategory: Luxury Household StaffingRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly refined and detail-oriented Wardrobe & Garment Care Specialist to manage the complete lifecycle of a VIP homeowner’s wardrobe.This is not a housekeeping role; it is a luxury wardrobe management position that requires expertise in garment care, fabric handling, organization, styling preparation, and VIP etiquette.The role ensures that every garment is maintained, organized, and prepared to the highest standard, supporting the principal’s daily routine with clarity and ease.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced garment care including steaming, ironing and high-quality finishingHandle delicate and luxury fabrics such as silk, cashmere, couture and embellished materialsPrepare daily outfits and support the principal with styling coordinationMaintain wardrobe organization and seasonal rotation systemsManage travel wardrobes, packing, outfit planning and luggage preparationCoordinate with tailors, dry cleaners, luxury boutiques and designersCreate and manage a digital or photo-based wardrobe catalogueMaintain strict confidentiality, professionalism and luxury household etiquette at all timesIdeal Candidate ProfileCandidates who succeed in this role typically come from:Luxury fashion retail (Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s, Level Shoes, etc.)Fashion styling or stylist assistant backgroundsCouture ateliers with experience in garment finishingVIP households or yacht environments with garment-care responsibilitiesKey Attributes:Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment finishingExceptional attention to detailRefined organizational habitsDiscreet, professional and service-orientedExcellent communication skillsFluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)Salary RangeBased on Dubai market benchmarks: AED 8,000 – 9,000 per month (Live-out, 4–5 hours daily)Higher compensation may be offered for candidates with couture or styling expertise.
