Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, based in Dubai. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including identifying, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while adhering to organizational hiring goals. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and continuously improving recruitment strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practicesExperience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring processesStrong Communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and stakeholdersOrganizational and time management skills for managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsExperience in the IT or technology sectors is a plus
