Strategic Talent Sourcing & HeadhuntingLead sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical banking roles.Use LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.Conduct headhunting for niche and senior-level positions.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.2. End-to-End RecruitmentManage full recruitment cycle including job mapping, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.Ensure candidates meet banking competency, compliance, and regulatory standards.3. Employee Relations & ComplianceHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, IFRS guidelines, and UAE labor law.Maintain adherence to internal HR and banking policies.4. Performance ManagementImplement performance evaluation systems aligned with banking KPIs.Support managers in setting SMART goals and measuring performance outcomes.5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps in areas such as AML, financial products, regulatory updates, and digital banking.Coordinate training programs covering technical, regulatory, and soft skills.6. Compensation & BenefitsAdminister payroll, bonuses, incentives, and salary structures used in the banking sector.Conduct salary benchmarking to support talent retention.7. HR Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring efficiency, performance trends).Prepare reports for management on HR initiatives and compliance.8. Culture & EngagementPromote a culture of compliance, integrity, and high performance.Drive employee engagement and retention programs.9. Visa & Immigration ProcessingHandle end-to-end UAE visa processes (new visas, renewals, cancellations, dependents).Coordinate with PROs, MOHRE, GDRFA, and typing centers to ensure compliance.Stay updated on UAE immigration and labor law changes.10. Payroll & WPS ComplianceManage monthly payroll with accuracy in allowances, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.Ensure compliance with WPS, gratuity laws, and end-of-service benefits.Coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.Job RequirementsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred: CIPD, SHRM, or relevant HR certification.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of HR experience in the banking or financial services industry.Strong exposure to talent acquisition, sourcing, and headhunting for financial roles.Experience handling UAE visa processing, payroll, and labor law.Technical SkillsProficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.Knowledge of HR software used in finance/banking environments.Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.Knowledge RequirementsStrong understanding of UAE Labor Law, Central Bank regulations, and industry compliance.Familiarity with financial job roles, terminologies, and performance metrics.
