Field Service Technician

Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. We are looking for a proactive Field Technician to join our Service team based in Dubai, UAE. The main function of this role is to ensure the effective installation, maintenance, and repair of systems or equipment at customer locations, maximizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is how you WOW:Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using diagnostic software, manuals, and technical diagrams.Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.Carry out necessary repairs, replace worn or faulty components, and conduct testing to verify functionality.Provide clear and concise technical support and training to customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and best practices for Karcher products.Accurately complete all service reports, including detailed notes of work performed, parts used, labour and travel time, and root cause identification.Process all business reporting documentation in a timely and complete manner (e.g., timesheets, repair orders, expense reports).Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Karcher's quality standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines.It would be WOW if you would bring this in:Completed a technical degree.3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role / industry preferably with commercial cleaning equipmentExperience troubleshooting corded electric, battery, and/or combustion engine-powered equipment.Proficient with workshop tools, specialized equipment, and diagnostic instruments (e.g., multimeters, voltmeters).Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.Computer skills and experience with CRM systems Willingness and availability to travel regularly Valid UAE driver's licenseOur Karcher WOW-package:Make a difference: Be part of our purpose: Together we make a powerful impact towards a clean world!
