Residence Excellence Lead

Position: Residence Excellence Lead Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Role: We are seeking a Residence Excellence Lead to elevate the living experience and reputation of one of Dubai’s premier residential buildings located between two five-star hotels. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our standards and services match the luxury of our surroundings.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and enhance the overall resident experience and building reputation.Oversee five key teams: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, Gardening, Bell & Valet Staff.Define and enforce service standards across all teams.Conduct twice-daily walk rounds and inspections to ensure operational excellence.Develop and implement training manuals and service protocols.Ensure staff presentation and uniforms meet luxury standards.Coordinate with external management companies on maintenance and enhancement projects.Monitor building projects and maintain Gantt-style timelines for quarterly OC meetings.Organize and manage resident events and calendar activities.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Concierge executiveMultilingual Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
