Job Description

Role PurposeThe Omni-Channel Specialist is responsible for analyzing metrics and designing reports. He/she is also responsible for assisting the omni-channel team in the day-to-day reports generation and analysis, in addition to the support of launching new projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis.Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.Support the omni-channel team with the implementation of the new e-commerce and omni-channel projects with the agreed analytics strategy, including launches in new markets, as well as new functionalities and programs in existing markets.Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department.Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.Conduct daily website walk-in to review product display and availability.Analyze weekly sales and prepare recommendations on how to improve the sales performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing, or a related field.Two to four years of experience in E-Commerce, or a similar role. Evident experience of working within an APP, Digital Marketing, and Analytics background is a plus.Fluency in English and ArabicProficiency in BI, GA, GIPI and Inditex Drive.Proficiency in MS Office.
