Role Description This is a hybrid volunteer role based in Toronto, ON with flexibility for remote work. As a Virtual Assistant/Chief Marketing Officer, you will support marketing initiatives and strategic planning for Marger Capital. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing public relations efforts, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of sustainable marketing practices aligned with the firm's values and mission. Qualifications Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to create and implement effective strategiesStrong Market Research and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-makingExperience in Public Relations to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsSales and client engagement abilities to drive organization growth and secure partnershipsExcellent communication and leadership skills to guide and collaborate with both internal and external teamsPassion for social impact investment and familiarity with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
