We collaborate with startups and businesses across Australia, building scalable products and managing offshore teams that deliver high-quality digital solutions.Weβre looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our onsite team in Nepal. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily administrative, financial, and operational tasks β ensuring smooth coordination between our Nepal and Australia teams.Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Office SupportManage company communications, correspondence, and scheduling.Maintain and organize office records, documentation, and shared drives.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports.Support HR and management teams with coordination of internal tasks and policies.2. Calendar & Meeting ManagementSchedule and manage meetings between Nepal and Australian teams.Ensure timely reminders, coordination, and post-meeting summaries.Track ongoing deliverables and communicate updates to relevant teams.3. Finance & Accounting CoordinationAssist in preparing invoices, maintaining payment trackers, and coordinating financial documentation.Liaise with the accounts team for salary processing, expense reports, and reconciliations.Track monthly budgets and operational expenses.4.
