First, as a virtual facilitator, the individual will co-lead online in real time (synchronous) ELEVATE workshops with groups of 20–30 couples, creating a supportive and engaging environment where participants can learn and practice healthy relationship skills. Second, as a virtual coach, the facilitator will provide individualized guidance and support to couples completing the self-led (asynchronous) ELEVATE curriculum. In addition, the Virtual Program Educator may assist with outreach and recruitment activities by supporting community engagement efforts that promote participation in ECG workshops.Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In PositionBachelor’s degree in human development and family science, family and consumer sciences, social work, education or related field and at least two years of relevant experience providing educational, psychosocial, counseling or prevention services to at-risk individuals and couples; experience should include working with groups. Applicants without a Bachelor’s degree but with comparable experience will be considered. A broad range of experience may be considered, including but not limited to teaching school or other community-related educational activities, coaching or mentoring, providing counseling services, leading health education workshops, etc .Preferred Qualifications Experience facilitating educational workshops, counseling, or teaching adult learners. Knowledge of healthy relationship education, marriage enrichment, or family-strengthening programs. Experience working with diverse or underserved populations. Experience supporting outreach and recruitment activities, including distributing promotional materials, engaging at community events, and maintaining active social media presence.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Ability to effectively teach, engage, and manage large and small groups in an online setting.Ability to work effectively with adult learners.Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and initiative.Ability to maintain participant confidentiality at all times.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Comfortable using online platforms and web-based instructional tools.Physical DemandsDriving as needed to perform job duties.Travel and participate in overnight, out-of-town meetings and trainings as deemed necessary.Work evenings and weekends as needed.Is this a Position of Trust?
