Together, let's transform the way the world pays.Job DescriptionThe global client support group works with locally deployed client service experts to develop and deliver post sales engagements including support, optimization and training for Visa Inc. issuers, acquirers, processors and merchants worldwide. This includes day-to-day operations and product support, specialized help desks, back office support, customer performance reporting, optimization analytics, Post Sales Client plans and cost optimization.Some things you might work on during your CS Internship include:Respond to routine operational service and support inquiries from Visa client institutions. Provide information and direction for customers regarding VisaNet Core Application Services, General Transaction Research, Billing, User ID and similar queries. Perform transaction and process research to analyze potential technical or operational problems or issues. Complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner for assigned client institutionsLog service requests plus resolutions in a timely and accurate manner for call or problem tracking and knowledge base software applications. Work with stakeholders within CS (Client Support Services), CMS team and non-CSS organizations to resolve client issues. Be accountable for delivering against commitments to clients. Organized in tasks and activities. Develop process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiencyInput information into our CRM toolsAnalyze customer data to pick up trendsJoin Client QBR meetings for insightsQualificationsStudents pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT with a graduation date in December 2026 Be available to pursue a 3-month internship (June 2026 to August 2026)Must be available to join a full-time role by January 2027 No payments experience required, but a desire to provide best in class service and deliveryExposure to the financial services/payments industry preferredStrong PowerPoint and excel skills are desiredSuperior analytical and financial analysis skillsStrong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group requiredAble to articulate viewpoint effectively to key stakeholders in order to get buy in and agreementSelf-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
