Coach the Development Team on self-organization, cross-functionality, value creation, and estimation. Remove obstacles and impediments hindering the Development Team's progress. Ensure the Product Owner understands how to manage and arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. Lead, coach, and plan the organization's understanding and adoption of Scrum, including empirical product planning.What our client is looking for: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial. 1-2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team. Experience in a customer-facing or similar role. Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with people at all organizational levels. A servant-leadership approach.
