Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Perth, WA, for a Visa Processing Officer. The Visa Processing Officer will manage end-to-end visa application processes, ensuring all documents are accurate and deadlines are met. The role includes providing personalized client support, addressing inquiries regarding immigration requirements, and liaising with relevant government authorities. Additionally, the officer will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain accurate client records, and stay updated on immigration regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of visa types, application processes, and current regulations related to migrationExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team membersProficiency in addressing immigration-related concerns and resolving issues efficientlyExceptional customer service and communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in using software tools for document management and updatesBachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is advantageousExperience in a migration or immigration consultancy is preferred
